We’d love to get to know you and your business or organization. Coffee is on us!
Why should I use Heitmann Insurance Services?
First, Heitmann Insurance Services is part of the community you do business in. And we’re fellow business owners! So right there, we have a leg up on national brands with celebrity-endorsed products and massive who-are-you-going-to-talk-to-this-time call centers. We understand your market, and we’re faces you know that can help you out.
Second, we’re an independent insurance agency. We’re not selling just one insurance company’s business insurance products. We represent an average of eight top-rated insurance companies and research the plans from these firms to find you the best combination of price, coverage, and service. When your business needs change or you have a claim you need help with, we’ll sit down with you face to face and provide you with options and insight on the best choices for your situation.
What do I do if I have a claim?
Heitmann Insurance Services makes filing business insurance claims easy. Call our office at 319-647-3360 (Victor) or 319-668-1548 (Williamsburg) during normal business hours (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday-Friday) and we’ll walk you through the process. If you need to report a claim after business hours, you may also contact your insurance carrier’s 24-hour claims service. We still encourage you to give us a call the next day, too, so we can make sure your claim is being processed and resolved as quickly as possible.
Should I review my business insurance with you every year?
Yearly insurance reviews are all part of the great customer service you’ll get with Heitmann Insurance Services. We’ll help you go through each product and determine if what you have matches your business goals and budget, then make any needed adjustments to help you move your business model forward.
